This set is composed of an antique coin of the Agrippa period (63-12 BC) of 22mm in diameter in its protective hermetic capsule and two high definition prints mounted under a museum quality mat in a wooden frame (white oak effect). All protected by a glass guaranteeing protection against dust, splashes and contacts.

Marcus Vipsanius Agrippa, born around 63 BC, was a Roman general and politician of the 1st century BC. The place of his birth remains uncertain. He comes from a relatively modest Italian family who recently received Roman citizenship.
He was involved in all the military and political battles of his closest friend Octavius, the future Roman emperor Augustus, of whom he was to be the close adviser.
Among his many military accomplishments, Agrippa commanded Octavian's victorious fleet at the battle of Actium in 31 BC and he defeated Pompey in the battles of Mylae and Naulochus in 36 BC.
He was consul in 37 BC. J.-C.
He stands out for his considerable work to improve the facilities and living conditions of the city of Rome, particularly with regard to the water supply. He built on the Campus Martius the first Baths in Rome, Thermae Agrippae, the Pantheon of Rome, several temples, aqueducts, ways, porticoes, theaters, pools and fountains.
Agrippa had several children through his three marriages with Attica, Claudia Marcella Major and Julia Augusti filia.
He died in Campania in the year 12 BC. Auguste honors his friend by organizing a grandiose funeral, Agrippa rests in the Emperor's own mausoleum, who adopts his children and takes care of their education himself.
